Working from home is our default position, but we have access to co-working facilities across multiple cities throughout Europe. Work wherever you feel you are most comfortable and get your best work done.

We provide great parental leave including 4 weeks paid paternity and 39 weeks paid maternity leave, so you can enjoy spending time with your new baby and support your partner in whatever way is needed, without having to worry about missing out on money or the new bundle of joy in your life.

Paid Sick Leave

We provide full pay for 10 days when you are not feeling your best, so you don't have to worry about anything and can rest and recuperate so you can get back to fighting fit quicker.
